OFF SEASON TRAINING

Get fit this winter with off season training from Together We Tri. All distance and ability levels are welcome. Come as you are. Training is adjusted to your skill level. Program is delivered by professional coaches with experience training beginners as well as more experienced athletes. Weekly training includes swimming, biking and running and is available on various days of the week.


IN SEASON TRAINING

Dates: May 9, 2023 - August 27, 2023

Train this season with Together We Tri! Complete 16-week day-by-day training plan with three group training sessions per week. All distances and ability levels welcome. Includes access to multiple facilities, professional coaching throughout the season, happy hours with fellow athletes, lectures from medical experts and advice from professional trainers.


TRAINING INCLUDES

Access to the Together We Tri app for real time workout and training

  • Team lectures by sports physicians and triathlon experts

  • Team happy hours

  • Race day support at main races

  • Swim cap & water bottle

TRAINING SCHEDULE

  • Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm

  • Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

  • Saturdays 6.30-8:30am.
